My car is - TDCi (diesel) 2.0 DURATORQ 130 bhp 6 speed box, can i blank the EGR off on Hi I have a Ford Mondeo MK3 2.0 tdci 2005 60k. The car starts from cold every time but when engine is hot it fails to start first time and after several attempts splutters into life. I have put up with this problem for the past year in the hope it would go away but it has persisted. Hi. I picked this 2006 (06) ST TDCI up in early August, had it MOTd 1st September which was the day my ownership was supposed to start properly and then all this trouble started.
Mondeo mk3 TDCI 2.0 130 temp gauge problem. I have a problem with my temp gauge as it does not move when car is running for 15 min longer. But when you give it a good drive it rises a small bit a goes right back down when I stop the car. The heather works but it not red hot.
